Injectors and restrictors help control how lubricant reaches different parts of a machine. Injectors deliver a precise amount of lubricant to each point, making them ideal for equipment that needs accurate lubrication.
Restrictors limit the flow of lubricant without measuring it exactly. They are simpler and used when precise amounts aren’t as critical. Both help ensure machines stay properly lubricated and run smoothly.
Controller function as the device to time up and monitor the lubrication flow. The VIP5 controller has been designed with an extensive set of parameters that offer unrivalled ease and flexibility for controlling and monitoring your automatic lubrication system - from a simple timed system, injector, progressive or dual line system.
Dividers are the components that split the flow of lubricant into multiple, smaller outputs to supply several lubrication points. Dropsa provides an extensive line of equipment for grease lubrication, progressive distributors and system monitoring.
Progressive divider block used for progressive installations combine with pumps like Bravo, and the dual line system, available booth in the modular and monoblock version, that is generally used with SUMO pumps.
Dropsa also offers a track lube system. TRACK-LUBE is designed to lubricate the rail curve for winding track.
Thanks to Dropsa's modular system it can be expanded up to 12 small-bars, allowing to cover more than 6000 meters of rail lubrication.
Whole system can be comfortable monitored from remote devices, thanks to a 3G card or WI-FI.
